1. About the service
MOD BOT (the bot’s displayed name is Antiscam) is an independent Discord bot that provides suspicious-link and message detection, moderation, member verification, support tickets, temporary voice rooms and statistics. MOD BOT/Antiscam is not created, endorsed or operated by Discord.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By adding or using MOD BOT, you agree to these Terms and Discord’s applicable rules. If you act for a server, you confirm that you are authorized to install the bot and configure its features.
3. Server configuration and responsibility
Server administrators and moderators choose which features are active, thresholds, logging channels and automatic actions. They are responsible for reviewing the bot’s permissions, choosing suitable settings, and informing members when required by law. Server teams remain responsible for their moderation decisions and content they retain in Discord.
4. Detection and moderation limitations
Automated detection can miss scams or flag legitimate content by mistake. A score or report does not prove that an account is fake, compromised or controlled by a particular person. The verification challenge is a basic anti-bot filter and does not prove a person’s identity. When enabled, automatic actions can remove messages or apply a temporary timeout according to the server’s settings.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MOD BOT to harass, unlawfully surveil, discriminate or bypass Discord’s rules. You may not attempt unauthorized access to data or systems or disrupt the service.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made of continuous availability, detection accuracy or error-free operation. These Terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest revision.

8. Applicable rules
These Terms apply alongside Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms and Developer Policy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
